1. Introduction
Welcome to Imperial Dermal. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services.
Imperial Dermal is operated by Imperial Dermal Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We supply cosmetic, skincare, and aesthetic products and medical devices to individuals and businesses across the UK. Some products are available to all customers, while others are restricted to verified professional or business accounts only.
Important: Professional products are restricted to verified practitioners. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Products marked as unavailable cannot be purchased.
By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility & Product Access
Our platform is available to both individual consumers and professional or business customers.
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally entitled to purchase and receive goods within the United Kingdom
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
Certain products or categories are restricted to professional, clinic, or business customers only. Access to these products may require additional verification, declarations, or documentation. Products intended for professional use will be clearly marked on the relevant product or category page.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders where eligibility requirements are not met.
3. Account Registration
You may be required to create an account to access certain features or products.
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities carried out under your account
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
4. Professional Verification
For certain products, we may require confirmation that the purchaser is a business, clinic, or trained professional operating in the aesthetics, beauty, or wellness sector.
Verification may include:
- Business registration details
- Professional liability insurance confirmation
- Training certifications or qualifications
- Other reasonable evidence of professional status
We do not provide medical or healthcare services. Verification may be refused, suspended, or revoked if information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or misused.
5. Products & Intended Use
Imperial Dermal supplies cosmetic, skincare, and aesthetic products and medical devices. Our catalogue includes:
- Consumer products: Available to all customers for personal use
- Professional-use products: Restricted to verified professionals, clinics, or businesses
Access and purchasing restrictions are shown for each product. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Purchasers must follow the intended-use and safety instructions. This does not remove our responsibilities as a supplier or your statutory rights.
6. Medical Devices
Some products we supply are medical devices. Medical devices we supply must be registered with the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) for the Great Britain market by their manufacturer or UK Responsible Person. Registration is not an approval or endorsement by the MHRA.
If you buy a medical device, you agree to:
- Ensure it is used only by the intended user, for the intended purpose and in line with the manufacturer's instructions for use
- Tell us promptly about any complaint, suspected defect or incident involving the device, so that we can pass it to the manufacturer. You may also report it to the MHRA through the Yellow Card scheme
- Keep a record of the batch or lot numbers of devices you receive and use, and cooperate with any recall, field safety notice or other safety action
- Not supply the device onward outside the United Kingdom without our written agreement
Report device complaints or incidents to hello@imperialdermal.com. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
7. Orders & Payments
An order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only once we confirm acceptance of your order by email.
No VAT is charged: Imperial Dermal Solutions Ltd is not VAT registered. Delivery charges are shown in the basket and before payment. Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where verification requirements are not met.
Delivery terms are set out in our Delivery, Shipping & Collection Policy. We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.
8. Returns & Refunds
Consumer cancellation
For online consumer orders, you may cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after you, or your nominated recipient, receive the goods. For an order delivered in separate parts, the period starts when the last part arrives.
Notify us by emailing hello@imperialdermal.com or writing to 6 Liddell Road, Liddell Place, London, NW6 2ET. Any clear statement of cancellation is sufficient; the optional form below may be used.
Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. Contact us for return arrangements. You pay the direct cost of a change-of-mind return unless we agree otherwise. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Refunds and inspection
We refund the amount paid, including standard outbound delivery, using the original payment method without a refund fee. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery service are not refunded. Refunds are made within 14 days after cancellation; we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence of their return, whichever occurs first.
You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may deduct a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging is helpful but is not a blanket condition of statutory cancellation.
Exceptions and faulty goods
The cancellation right does not apply to genuinely personalised goods, goods liable to deteriorate rapidly, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if you unseal them after delivery. Merely being sold sealed does not remove the cancellation right. These exceptions do not remove your rights for faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.
Business orders
Orders made for business purposes do not carry the consumer change-of-mind cancellation right. Any additional business return agreement is confirmed at the point of sale. Applicable rights for defective goods remain.

9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, images, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Imperial Dermal or its licensors. You must not copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse-engineer, or use our content without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.
Subject to the above, Imperial Dermal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
11. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts, restrict access, or revoke professional verification where these Terms are breached, information provided is inaccurate, or products are misused.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Business disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights to bring proceedings in the courts of their home jurisdiction.
