• Orders placed after 17:00 (GMT) are dispatched the next working day
• Orders placed after 17:00 (GMT) on Friday are dispatched on the following Monday
• Public holidays may affect dispatch times

• Next Working Day Delivery (Pre-12:00 PM)
• Saturday Delivery (for orders placed before 16:00 on Friday)

5. Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Tracking updates are provided by the courier and may vary depending on location and service level.

6. Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items
